These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (https://rostar.io) and the services provided by TATAM Digital Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), headquartered at 848 Brickell Ave ste 1130, Miami, FL 33131, United States. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the site or services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Rostar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use of Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our site and services for personal or internal business purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Reverse engineering or modifying the site or services.
Unauthorized data extraction or scraping.
Impersonating others or creating multiple accounts without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that Company may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Site (or any features within the Site) to you at any time at Company's sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep your credentials secure. Notify us at support@rostar.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We do not permit: (i) any other person using the registered sections under your name, (ii) access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network, or (iii) to open a new Account without our written permission if we have terminated a prior Account or suspended your access to the Site or the Services. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. You authorize the Company, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity. Company reserves the right to close, suspend, or limit access to your Account and/or the Services in our sole discretion.
Use of Information
We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use and share, in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy, all information regarding your use of the site and services. All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated by you to us (collectively, a "Submission") will forever be our property.
We will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential and will not be liable for the use of any ideas provided by you (including without limitation, product, service, or advertising ideas). We will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in our future products, services, or operations. Without limitation, we will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature.
We are entitled to use any Submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other person. You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you, not us, bear full responsibility for the legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright of your submission.
Third-Party Services
You may choose to integrate, connect, or otherwise use the Rostar site or services with other websites, platforms, or third-party tools not provided or managed by TATAM Digital Services LLC ("Third-Party Services"). By doing so, you grant us permission to interoperate with these Third-Party Services as needed to deliver our services.
If you choose to use Third-Party Services:
(a) You represent and warrant that any data or content you connect, share, or integrate with Third-Party Services complies with their terms of use and applicable laws. For example, if connecting with platforms like YouTube, you agree to their Terms of Service and Google privacy policy as updated over time. By using Rostar’s API Clients that interact with YouTube services, you explicitly agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.
(b) Rostar collects, uses, and stores user data as described in our Privacy Policy. When using API Clients, user data may be collected from your device, including, but not limited to, usage statistics, identifiers, and interaction details with Third-Party Services.
(c) Data collected through API Clients is used to enhance service functionality, ensure compliance with legal and platform-specific requirements (e.g., YouTube Terms of Service), and improve user experience. Such data may be processed internally or shared with external service providers and Third-Party Services strictly as necessary to perform the requested functions or comply with applicable laws and regulations.
(d) Rostar does not provide warranties or guarantees for Third-Party Services and disclaims any responsibility for their performance, reliability, or security.
(e) You assume all responsibility for the use of Third-Party Services, including any disclosure, modification, or deletion of your data or content resulting from their integration with Rostar.
(f) Rostar shall not be liable for any unavailability, changes, or issues affecting the functionality or compatibility of Third-Party Services, and you remain obligated to comply with these Terms.
To disconnect or remove Rostar’s access to Third-Party Services, you are responsible for managing access permissions directly through the respective platform (e.g., via Google Security Settings to manage YouTube access).
User-Generated Content and Crowdsourced Data
Some of the data displayed on Rostar is crowdsourced and relies on contributions from users of the platform. By submitting data to Rostar, you:
(a) Represent and warrant that the data you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge.
(b) Confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to share the data and that your submission does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
(c) Acknowledge that we do not verify the accuracy of crowdsourced data and are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data displayed.
You are solely responsible for the content and data you contribute to Rostar, and you agree to indemnify and hold TATAM Digital Services LLC harmless from any claims, disputes, or damages arising from your submissions.
Subscriptions and Payments
By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in U.S. dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable. You confirm that any such Payment Method that you use is yours, or that you have the authorization of the card or account holder to use it. All Subscription Fees will be charged, by us, in United States Dollars.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT WHEN YOU PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT AND WILL CONTINUE TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR THE APPLICABLE BILLING PERIODS, WHETHER MONTHLY OR ANNUAL, (“BILLING PERIOD”).
Intellectual Property
All content, including software, design, and trademarks, is the property of TATAM Digital Services LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior consent.
Privacy
Your use of the site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Limitation of Liability
We provide services "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the greater of $100 or the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Arbitration will occur in Miami, FL, in English. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
